John Lawson: enforcer, bodyguard, extortionist, kidnapper…

John Lawson was the son of a policeman who abandoned his family to the toughest housing estate in Europe, Drumchapel in Glasgow. He has since been a bouncer, enforcer, bodyguard, debt-collector 4 the underworld, extortionist, kidnapper, prisoner… He’s done high profile work with the Rolling Stones, and short-term contracts for REM, AC/DC and Neil Diamond.
Now he is a follower and promoter of Jesus the Christ having been turned around by God and renewed by his Spirit in prison. He now works with Escape Ministries proclaiming the message from the bible that set him free: forgiveness for sins for whoever turns around and gives over the running of their life to Jesus.
